What you can send
The form asks for your name, work email, website, the service, and what is broken. Phone and company are optional. You can also use the Email button, which opens your own mail app addressed to [email protected].
A form submit is stored in the studio database and in a private spreadsheet. It is read to answer the project. It is not sold and it is not added to a newsletter.
What the site itself stores
Meta, TikTok, and Snap load after the page has painted, and only when a pixel id is configured. A page view sends no email. Submitting the form is the consent to be contacted and to send that same lead from the server. The email and the phone are hashed before they are sent to those three companies. The database and the spreadsheet keep the address so Omar can reply.
How long a brief is kept
A project email stays until the work is finished or you ask for it to be deleted, whichever comes first. Write to [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request” and the address you used. The studio deletes the thread.
Who this applies to
Daymark is a one-person practice working with clients worldwide. This note covers the marketing site only. A signed contract or NDA for a paid project replaces it where the two differ.
